Orders
Wondering when your order will arrive? Need to change something about an order you've placed? You can review and
revise your order so that it's just the way you want it by visiting Your Account.
For security reasons, we can only modify orders or send account information when the request comes from the e-mail
address that is associated with your account. We can only read and respond to messages in English.
Delivery
We aim to dispatch your goods within 1-5 days of receiving your order, although this can take longer due to circumstances
beyond our control. We will of course be in touch, if for any reason part or all of your order cannot be fulfilled within
this time, with an expected delivery date. Delivery times will vary according to shipping method but, for UK mail, we
expect a delivery time of 1-3 days.
Returns
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can contact us at the address above or by email
within 7 working days after you receive the goods to arrange to return them and receive a full refund of the purchase price.
Indemnification
Customer agrees that it shall defend, indemnify, save and hold Noahs Arc harmless from any and all demands, liabilities,
losses, costs and claims, including reasonable attorney's fees asserted against PCS, its agents, its customers, officers
and employees, that may arise or result from any service provided or performed or agreed to be performed or any product
sold by customer, its agents, employees or assigns. Customer agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Noahs Arc
against liabilities arising out of; (1) any injury to person or property caused by any products sold or otherwise distributed
by PCS; (2) any material supplied by customer infringing or allegedly infringing on the proprietary rights of a third party;
(3) copyright infringement and (4) any defective products sold to customer by Noahs Arc.
External Suppliers
Where Noahs Arc act as agents/partners/affiliates on behalf of organisations outside of Noahs Arc, any dispute between the
customer and any of these organisations must be resolved directly between the customer and that organisation. Whilst Noahs Arc
will assist in the resolution of any dispute they cannot be held responsible for any dispute or resolution.
Privacy Statement
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in
accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998) and according to the Which? Web Trader Code of Practice. We collect information
about you for two reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service. We will
not e-mail you in the future unless it is regarding our supplied service.
